Here’s a pic of mollie having cream on her face when we celebrated their birthdays with Biggie 2 weeks ago.

Today she just had can of Brushtail which she shared with Millie. And then I plan to make her some meatballs tomorrow. Or muffins. Depending on how the supermarket is.

Mollie has grown up so much in the last year. We are also learning so much about her, with her. She loves to swim, and loves to herd. She’s a sweet little pooch who just loves to be with people. Oh! and she has what I call ‘A Little Head Habit’. She does this in the mornings at the bedside, sometimes in the afternoons at the couch, when she’s swimming, and well,… in the car here.

Millie and Mollie are now quite inseperable, and they really respect Mang. Even with little Mindy around, Mollie is such a doll. What more can I ask for?

3rd. So it’s Millie’s third demo, and it was quite fun as usual. She likes doing demos it seems. Maybe because she gets a lot of treats… -_-” It’s great to see friends making a trip down too! So thanks Susan and K for coming! I hope they enjoyed the entire roadshow because I certainly did! Without much further ado, here are some pictures.

There aren’t a lot of pictures this time because Mollie was tugging at AS when he took the pictures. Too bad… Hopefully we’ll get to see more from our other friends. And also the official photographers took some pictures too and I have to scan them before they are up.

Here are two short clips we took of some of the exercises. The first is the meet & greet exercise which we were supposed to show the correct way of meeting, greeting and petting another friend with dog/s. The second is the weaving exercise which we were demonstrating how we need to keep our dogs calm when another is walking past, and guess what, Poppy is weaving without a lead!

Of course we took some time to take random shots… haha. This one is me and my Ms at Orchard Road with the Christmas decor already up, on a weekend too!

And of course on the second day we had our group photo taken~
(We all look funny here but the dogs look perfect in this one. It’s either this or the other one where we look great and the dogs were looking all over the place.)

Weekend: We had a lot to eat over the weekend. AS requested for some nice seafood pasta so I prepped it in the afternoon. Then finished with boiling the pasta and sauce when we got back in the evening. He got me Krispy Kreme!

Ok we shared~~ but it was great!

I had prepared breakfast for the next day and day after as well. But we had so much to eat! And dinner on saturday at the ‘rents for d’s bday so we also packed some food back. Now my fridge is filled to the brim with food.

Strange: It’s nice – yet strange – to have someone else in the house though. Maybe it’s because I’ve been doing things on my own for awhile now. And after all, he’s going to have to leave again soon so I shouldn’t be expecting too much from him right? Still, it’s good.

I guess I also expected to anticipate the end of september more with his visit. And it’s true. Now I’m more fervently counting down the days.

Leo: As a result, I didn’t get to do much on the Leo except on the way to the Airport on Friday. But at least i’m at the sleeves now. Think it’s about 3 inches.

Weather: I have to say it’s a nice weather today. Cool and windy.

Transformation: I am going to discuss transformation and revolution… and then I started thinking about evolution and innovation. This is driving me nuts. Everything is interlinked. I have to find a way to write everything out so that people can understand it. Bleah. I never thought it would be difficult because of expertise.

ok I’ve been sick and coughing and sneezing and wheezing and having the most terrible time ever. But I’m almost back. (almost)

MangMang, Millie and Mollie went to the vet last friday (just a couple of hours into the cold, and a couple before the alleged cough) for their annual check up and vaccinations. (like babies yes – except they are quieter)

So a little update. Mang’s ears are still the same… nothing much changed, but she’s doing fine with absolutely perfect balance, no limping, no drooling, eats great and all. So. it’s just her ears still. She needs to continue with her daily cleaning but was given some antibiotics incase of infection. Mang now weighs a healthy 6.3kg. Ahem. And she didn’t flinch when she took the jab.

Millie and Mollie are doing good. They were both uncomfortable taking their temperatures (especially Mollie who attempted to sit in the process). But I’ve been thinking of starting them on the Heartworm prevention. So they had to take a blood test. Seeing their skinny arms being pierced is not fun for me – especially when Millie is looking very very sad and Mollie is flinching a little. Mollie – being the happiest dog in the world – still managed to try and kiss everyone though, so that was good. They are now on the Interceptor (sounds sci-fi) because Border Collies are allergic to the other one – i forget the name now.

And here they are the Yellow Band Brigade – a Yellow Band given for the bravery they had taking the blood test. hahaha
