movie
the end. so i went to watch Knowing on Friday night with AS. There were three late teenagers next to me and they kept talking among themselves. Since at the beginning it was just the trailers and ads, and everyone else was also talking, I didn’t say much. But I was still annoyed because they made really dumb comments about what they were seeing on the screen. Then the movie started and their comments wouldn’t stop. So, AS knew I was quite irritated, and he said to them very politely ‘Excuse me…’
But before he could finish his sentence, Little Miss Naughty snarled ‘CAN YOU GUY STOP TALKING?????? We’re trying to watch the movie!’
The boys were scared off and apologized immediately. After that they still made dumb comments but they whispered into each others ears so it didn’t bother me.
Then somewhere near the end of the movie, this guy who has been talking off and on to his wife, both seated behind us, started to talk on the phone!
So even though many people, (i.e. me, AS, the boy next to me!, the lady next to AS and her husband) kept turning around to shush the person up, he talked and talked and talked.
It’s not in a normal talking volume, but it’s still very annoying since everyone else in the theater were quiet.
So, I just said ‘SOME PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE.’
Then he immediately told the caller in mandarin, ‘er I’m watching a movie I’ll call you later’
he still had the cheek to ask his wife ‘what happened huh?’ but his wife was too embarrassed to say anything so she just said ‘nothing’
ticks. YUCK. the weather has been extremely conducive for ticks. We’re back on both frontline and an insect repellent after many months of not having problems. I hate these things!
lunch. I had lunch with Parents, D and grandma on Saturday. The weather was terribly hot but I had fun. Pork knuckles are meant to be eaten with many people anyway 
Perm Pass. Perm pass collected today (but it’s not the access card). They used my old photo and gave me my old password. CHEH.
